South Community is hiring a Therapist for the Youth Day Treatment Program. The principal responsibilities of this position are to provide diagnostic assessments, updates, intake documents, and ongoing counseling for the population served (outpatient cases), as well as to provide diagnostic assessments, updates, and intake documents for the YPH day treatment program. In addition, this person is responsible for triaging initial request for service in the YPH day treatment program. This person may diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral disorders under supervision as specified by licensure. This person is responsible for the clinical record and collaboration with other providers to provide comprehensive and client-focused care.
A Master’s degree in mental health, social work or related field and current Ohio license from Ohio CSWMFT Board. Experience with at-risk youth preferred. Access to an operational vehicle, automobile insurance ($100,000/$300,000 liability coverage) and a valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test. Some evening hours required.
