We are a very busy pain management and chiropractic office looking for an upbeat, hard-working individual to fulfill the Insurance Verification Specialist role. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calling attorneys & insurance companies
- Verifying health insurance via online portals
- Verifying auto and workers comp insurances over the phone
- Inputting insurance information into patient charts
- Scanning and uploading verification forms
- Note-keeping
- Updating spreadsheets
The candidate should possess the following qualities in order to succeed in this position:
- STRONG Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Confidence in working independently
***Experience with motor vehicle and workers comp insurances is a PLUS.
