We are expanding and have an opening for top performing Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our award-winning team! You must have the skill set to understand agency management systems and commercial markets. Applied Epic required. The role requires an expanded knowledgeable base regarding underwriting guidelines. Experience determining the demand for products and services offered by our firm and its competitors and identify potential customers.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Develop positive relationships with underwriters and carriers.
- Partner with commercial sales team to customize insurance programs to suit business clients and cover a variety of risks.
- Examine documents to determine the degree of risk factors and properly place those with excessive risks.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Property/Casualty Broker/Agent license.
- Five (5) years proven experience.
- CIC or CISR designation preferred
- Proven industry experience with a focus on underwriting and account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Bachelors degree preferred, with a focus on business and or marketing.
