This position plays a key role as you will be the first point of contact in our collision center assisting customers who have been in automobile accidents or need auto body repair.
Administrative Management Potential for the Right Candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers either in person or by phone regarding their collision insurance claims and estimate/repair procedures
- Answer and Screen Incoming Calls
- Assist Estimators in Follow up Phone Calls
- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable
- Strong Web based program and keyboarding
- Perform other duties such as Filing, Photocopying, Faxing and Scanning
- Receiving Payments
- Process the Pick-up/Drop-off of Loaner Vehicles
Requirements:
- Knowledge and Experience in the insurance industry, preferably automobile coverage
- Strong web based program and keyboarding skills
- Strong Math and Accounting Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Multi-Tasking and Time Management Skills
- Professional Attitude & Appearance
