BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
Communicate with potential customers by encouraging and educating them about KTAC insurance to achieve sales goals set forth by KTAC management.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell KTAC insurance.
• Receive inbound calls from customers, dealers, and agents about insurance.
• Process payments received in the mail and over the phone.
• Generate and distribute quotes to interested customers and follow up with those who have not purchased KTAC insurance.
• Verify adequate coverage for customers who are currently financed.
• Ad Hoc reporting and email marketing as needed.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively convince and influence others to make purchases to meet sales goals.
• Previous working exposure and knowledge of insurance and a background in finance preferred.
• Willingness to continue to maintain appropriate licensing.

EQUIPMENT OPERATION (% of time, description, nature of service):
General office equipment- computer, copier, phone.
