Farmers Insurance - District ThirtyTwo is looking to add new Agency Owners in Waco, TX. The Waco market is booming, along with the rest of Central Texas, and our District is growing as well! Agency Retail Program - This is a six-figure sales/ownership opportunity with the best incentive and Agency compensation plan in the industry. You will go through an extensive training program based out of our District office. New Agency Owners are eligible for an office startup bonus and a significantly higher than average bonus structure for the first 3 years of business. This is a program that is designed for experienced business owners, managers, and executives. Individuals with a history of sales and management experience are great candidates for this program and have historically performed very well. This program offers six different bonus structures to help you grow and scale your business while offsetting expenses.

- College degree is preferred, but not required
- Sales, customer service, and management experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel

- Desire to be active in the community and help people navigate insurance needs
- Ability to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations
- Successfully pass a criminal & financial background check
- Be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses within 45 days of program start
