Instructional Aide/Paraprofessional for Schools Job#6921 Job at Ro Health
Ro Health is looking for Instructional Aides (IA) to work at a school district in the San Juan Capistrano, CA area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This Instructional Aide position would begin ASAP and would potentially continue onto the next school year as well. The schedule would be M-F between school hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Experience working with supporting students with special needs and providing a mix of 1:1 and general classroom support is preferred.

Requirements:
- Previous school experience is not required, but preferred.
- Strong assessment skills
- Willingness to assist in students learning process
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Great with Kids
- Flexible with toileting support
- High school diploma AND the equivalent, and two years of college (48 Semester units, 72 Quarter units) of the 100 level or higher or A.A. degree (or higher)
