Summary of Job Duties:
The Institutional Services Assistant is responsible for general cleaning of areas in and around office buildings, class rooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums, dining areas, building common areas, and other areas as required. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

This is an evening shift position with hours generally being from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9 am to 5:30 pm on Friday. This individual will be responsible for helping clean buildings, setting up for events, and locking down all buildings at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to learn to operate cleaning equipment
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary Information:
$24,413 annual salary, plus an excellent benefits package
