Snap-Wall, Inc. is seeking an experienced Installer for our growing customer base. Snap-Wall
Inc, Products and Services has been a family-owned business for over 37 years. We are a leading
provider of sound solutions systems, resolving noise problems for businesses in the Baltimore

- Master the specialty skills and processes used to install all Snap-Wall products
o Installation of Pre Fab Acoustical Tack board and Panel installation
o Installation of Marker Boards
o Various hardware and general construction skills
Position Key Criteria/Requirements:
- Inclined to working with power tools, hand tools, and at various heights
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead
- OSHA 30 and CPR certified within 3 months of hire
- Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Able to work flexible hours, early starts, late finishes, and weekends based on active
project schedules
- Strong attention to detail; Supervise for quality control
- Keep detailed notes of all work that is done and report progress to superiors
- Utilize specific training system to develop the skills of new employees
- Ensure all materials are high-quality built-in compliance with Snap-Wall’s specifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain and implement all safety measures and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; foster team mentality within crews
- Receptive to a continuous learning environment with consistent, hands-on training year-
round

- Travel throughout all parts of Maryland, Northern VA, DC
Primary skills must include the following:
- Proficient with basic hand and carpentry related tools
- Ability to identify unsafe working conditions
- Desire to improve and engage in daily tasks
- Must have 3 to 5 years of construction experience
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel
- Must have the ability to work skillfully with both hands constantly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Be able to work 40 hours/week
- Excellent math skills including using a tape measure and angles
- MUST pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- MUST have a clean driving record
- Give clear and concise instructions.
- Ability to accurately execute various complexities of installations.
- The ability to measure accurately and resolve field issues if they arise.
- Proficient in the use of typical installation tools, etc.
- Proficient use of time
- Able to solve problems by using math, including fractions.
- Able to troubleshoot problems and quickly identify a solution in the field.
- Understand plumb, square, and level (they must be second nature to you)
- Communicate effectively, both internally, as well as with the customer
- Utilize technology to solve problems and communicate.
- Effective, safe understanding and use of all power tools.
- Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive light hauling trucks.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that all actions are supporting the Purpose, Vision, and Core Values of Snap-Wall,
- Ensure proper use of tools for the assigned install (This includes proper use of ladders,
and in accordance with Snap-Walls site safety plan)
- Knowledge of risks associated with tasks to maintain zero at-fault injuries
- Keep a clean work environment to ensure zero accidents
- Distribute materials in accordance with the layout to better maximize installation of
efficiencies to 85% or better
- Always wear PPE on job sites according to Snap-Wall’s Safety Manual or site-specific
requirements (this includes always wearing safety work boots and the company issued
uniforms)
- Capable of taking direction and processing information from the lead installer and
- Effectively communicates with lead installer (this includes reporting issues such as
- Collaborates and problem solve with the lead installer
- Ability to adapt to different phase installs and different divisions of job sites (GC, EC,
Direct)
- Ability to foresee potential issues and provide optional solutions
- Able to fluctuate pace when necessary

Pay rates are set to be determined based on the applicant’s skill and proficiency.
$20.00 to $28.00
