Installation Technician

WHAT OUR INSTALLATION TECHS ENJOY MOST

• $41 - $45/hr. based on experience

• Consistent schedule of Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm) - with 30 min lunch break and additional 15 min break
• Opportunities to do overnight travel for projects out of state/country

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Measuring and problem-solving pre-installation based on the scope of the project
• Travel to client's homes, for installation of custom window treatments ranging from draperies, shutters, blinds, and shades
• Provide an excellent and proactive customer experience while working in the client’s home
• Manage the micro-details on high-volume installations weekly, putting the final pieces of the puzzle together by communicating on every job until an installation is complete
• Ensure flawless and meticulous installations of window treatments
• Driving to and from client consultations within a 45-mile radius in company van

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO OUR COMPANY

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a skilled trade requiring high attention to detail
• In-home customer communications, dependability, quality control
• Problem-solving, devising solutions, willingness to learn, project coordination
• Experience with technology tools (iPad, Computer)
• Ability to lift bulky items and climb ladders
