About This Role

Grapevine Pro is looking for a passionate individual with great interpersonal skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative! As an Inside Sales Representative, your job duties will include but are not limited to, scheduling qualified sales opportunities, helping customers make decisions in a way they feel good about, communicating the benefits and the opportunity to replace their roof, convert to solar energy and to set the stage to supply them with additional solutions in the future. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and a passion for sales!

Overall Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective customers to position an opportunity to replace roof or go solar
  • Guide the customer through a decision process related to Grapevine Pro solutions that supports their expected outcomes
  • Become a trusted consultant with the customer, to answer questions, to educate, and to lead the customer through the engagement process
  • Generate customized proposals tailored to the customer
  • Represent the company in the evaluation process
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and/or video
  • Log important data within the company CRM system
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer records with the sales team and sales leadership
  • Submit accurate and timely sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide market feedback, including customer priorities and needs

Qualifications

  • No Experience Necessary
  • Good listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to see things from the customer’s point of view and to be conscious of the customer experience
  • Capability of performing live virtual meetings with customers
  • Must be professional with an attention to detail and to timely customer communication
  • Inside Sales experience demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Team oriented, coachable, and a contributor to excellent culture
  • Have a competitive drive, desire to learn and grow, and be self-motivated.
  • Willing to take on tough challenges and find new ways of being successful
  • Positive attitude and personality
  • Persuasive and comfortable with professional debate to overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic, self-disciplined

Pay: $17.50 - $27.50 per hour
