Role Summary The ISR role has three main components:

1. Secure renewal maintenance contracts from existing CDS customers

2. Uncover revenue opportunities from new and existing customers

3. Set new appointments for CDS outside sales reps

The growth path is to self-manage and close lower risk opportunities and ultimately be promoted into the CDS outside sales organization.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure renewal contacts and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Generate new selling opportunities from new and existing customers
  • Set new appointments for outside reps at OEMs and end-customers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via targeted calling, email, and marketing campaigns Establish and maintain current customer relationships by responding to customer requests and managing/resolving customer issues.
  • Assist with quotes and proposals
  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM
  • Partner with Sales VPs to determine a strategic sales approach
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty
  • Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience
  • Travel to attend trade shows or other client meetings when requested or necessary

Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Business

Experience 1-2 Years

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Self-starter, hardworking, with a track record of success
  • Internship experience cold-calling or in sales/business development roles
  • Experience with email campaigns and working in a CRM preferred
  • Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Have a positive, self-driven team-first mentality with a desire to learn
  • An interest to enter technology sales
  • Must have intermediate skill level with MS Excel
