Inside Sales and Customer Service at AB Suppressor

AB Suppressor is a fast-growing company with industry-leading products ready to be introduced to a rapidly growing market. We are a sister company to Aerocharger, a manufacturer of Turbochargers for over 20+ years. We have used our manufacturing and engineering knowledge to create a line of industry-leading suppressors. We look forward to continued expansion in the firearms market and are looking for a self-motivated gun enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic to help us grow. You will work closely with the Owner, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D, and Production departments.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage and grow existing house accounts.

· Answer customer and dealer inquiries via email and incoming calls

· Track and report the sales process from B2B and/or B2C

· Attend and represent AB Suppressor at trade shows, events, and demonstrations

· Provide feedback and information on market trends

· Represent the voice of AB Suppressor consumers and dealers to multiple departments

· Weekly reporting

. Maintain detailed records in AB Suppressor CRM (Monday)

Job Qualifications

· Ability to work both independently and as a team player

· Firearms industry knowledge

· Technical firearms knowledge and firearm safe handling skills

· Strong communication skills

· Time management skills

· Self-motivated and Goal driven

· Must be able to pass a background check
