Cornerstone Staffing Inc is working with a great client in the Kansas city Market. Looking to add an Inside Sales Manager to their team, they are looking for someone that has great sales, leadership, and customer service skills. The ideal talent will hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to a growing company within the first 3 months.
The Inside Sales Manager has a two-fold role:
1.) Leader of inside sales team and other customer service personnel, and manager of program accounts and related activity. The staff may include inside sales people, counter sales people, people located at customer sites, and others as determined by the General Manager.
2.) The customer experience is just as important as anything else. Goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied and are receiving outstanding service and to grow the business in a manner consistent with the role and with the roles of the personnel he or she manages.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager:
- Continually recruit, select and develop a top performing team focused on sales execution, excellent customer service and customer relations.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules, projects and assignments of the staff in order to meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Drive and Establish Sales Strategy and Quality Process with a team of Account Managers, Inside Sales Team Members and Service Associates.
- 5+ years of Team Leadership and Team Development with History of Leading High Performance Sales Teams.
- Strong Talent Management History
- 5+ Years of Customer Service Management and Sales Experience.
- Emotional Intelligence Mastery
- High Energy & Competitive Drive
