Our Sales Model

We generate sales appointments via door-to-door prospecting, digital marketing, and telemarketing. This three-pronged lead gen system is a well-oiled machine with over ten years of trial and error, and has been our recipe for success in scaling operations across California, New Mexico, Colorado and Kentucky.

We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives who will work on calling on a database of quality leads to create appointment and sales opportunities. Our Inside Sales Reps take these warm leads, generated through company advertising and marketing efforts as well as prospected, self-generated leads and referrals, across the finish line to a sale through client education and value propositioning.

Inside Sales Execs Will Typically:

  • Be stoked to have qualified, interested and serious leads
  • Have leadership support and coaching at their fingertips
  • Prospect a territory surrounding appointments to generate additional leads
  • Have in-home, door-to-door, B2C sales experience
  • Have previous solar sales experience
  • Be familair with Salesforce CRM and Solo proposal software

  • OTE: $150K average, up to $250K
  • Growth and promotion opportunities

Note: Evening appointments can typically run beyond 7-8pm PST, so we prefer folks live in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. I guess unless you're a true night owl!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
