This expanding biotechnology company is looking for a fully remote Inside Sales & Support Coordinator.
Play a critical role in this exciting life sciences company that is helping researchers discover life-saving pharmaceuticals and diagnostic tests. This expanding biotechnology company is looking for an Inside Sales & Support Coordinator to support the field sales team by identifying new sales opportunities with new or existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s sales efforts by developing relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and introduce them to new products and services
- Identify a pipeline of potential new clients using targeted email campaigns and follow up communications
- Engage with current customers via telephone and email to introduce new products and partner with field sales so they can make follow-up visit
- Support sales and marketing teams to employ target messages during inbound customer service calls
- Handle client complaints and direct to sales or appropriate internal resource
- Track and record daily activity and share with manager to identify new sources and opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years Inside Sales or 3+ years Customer Service experience
- BS degree preferred / will accept relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with lab supplies preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with a CRM preferred
