DPI Labs is currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Coordinator to join the team in La Verne, California 91750.

About the Role:

  • The Inside Sales Account Coordinator will support customers by providing product support and advising customers on desired products to encourage long-term, repeat future sales relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales and Product Support
  • Responsible for moderately complex customer calls
  • Works closely with sales representatives to understand, in detail, the sales and administrative process
  • Sells products and services typically via phone or online orders (with quotas and/or productivity needs)
  • Sells products and/or services to commercial firms; calls on customers; demonstrates products; prepares forms and sales paperwork
  • Handle incoming sales & customer service calls on request for information/quotation and processing of orders
  • Able to Navigate internal software program
  • Able to resolve routine and non-routine customer inquiries and complaints
  • Generates leads through placing phone calls
  • Monitors customers questions and complaints and acts as a liaison between customer and various company departments
  • Returned Goods product management
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of Inside Sales or Product Support experience
  • Aerospace or Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred
  • Experience handling financial data such as calculating incentives, preparing quotes, invoicing, and analyzing customer needs
  • Excellent Microsoft computer skills. i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
