A Day in the Life of our Professional Inside Sales Team

This is not telemarketing nor is it cold calling. It is customer service and sales.

You will:

• Be an integral part of a strong sales team assisting customers via phone and e-mail with their hardware and software orders
• Prepare quotes for our Outside Sales Team, and follow up with customers
• Win sales and process orders

Required Experience:

What Background do you Need to be Considered for Inside Sales at EandM?

Attention to detail, strong customer service instincts, and a desire to be part of a top performing sales team are all important attributes for success.

We look for:

• Candidates who have knowledge of industrial automation hardware and software are preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
• Individuals that have experience in sales (two years)
• People that are detail oriented, organized, and outgoing
• Problem solvers
• High level of commitment to customer service

Here are some of the specific skills we require:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to type at least 45 words per minute
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 DOE, base and commission
