Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Support the enrichment and tracking of customer relationship management (CRM) and pipeline document in Microsoft Teams
- Maintain accuracy of project data and pipeline information in CRM through coordination and communication with account managers – perform post mortems to determine efficacy of initiatives
- Partner with sales team by researching potential sales leads and associated information
- Provide support to sales team with request for quotes and proposals (RFQs and RFPs). Generate quotes and input quote through customer portals
- Monitor progress of programs through the APQP process
- Provide support to sales team by monitoring MQ1, communicate to sales concerns regarding cost, assembly time, etc.
- Create and manipulate large data sets then apply rigorous analysis and critical thinking that drives insight, informing commercial action
- Provide market intelligence research and input into competitive newsletter
- Perform benchmarking and cross reference of competitors offerings, commercial foot-print, and capabilities
- Contribute to the development of S&OP process
- Maintain regular touch points with customers schedule, coordinate meetings with the sales team, and support the building and creation of customer presentations.
- Manage, qualify, follow up and direct web leads and inquiries to proper Filtran resources.
- Identify target accounts and customers
- Map target account contacts and key decision makers
- Contact potential customer organizations and initiate dialogue to determine customer needs and map Filtran solutions to customer pain points
- Brief sales team and support efforts to win new business and maintain business once secured
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or other relevant area.
- 1+ years industrial manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills required
- Strong relationship and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
