We are seeking a creative and nurturing Preschool Teacher to lead our team. The position will require interacting with students every day, and we are looking for an experienced professional who can facilitate an engaging learning environment for students. We are seeking someone who can provide day-to-day support for students, but also create engaging learning opportunities and lesson plans to help nurture children's lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Authorize and observe the safety of children during activities; Prepare an educational plan for each child; Identify and assess a child who is having trouble learning in the classroom; Help children learn language and social skills; Monitor the behavior of children and encourage good behavior; Design lesson plans to help children develop motor skills and social competence; Help parents develop their child's education; Work with parents to help them understand their child's development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
