Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Silver Grove, KY

Position Summary:

Ensure that all mechanical and electrical devices remain at a fully functional capacity. Troubleshoot, maintain and make all repairs necessary for the safe and efficient operations of a manufacturing facility. Know, understand, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of safe operating procedures, including housekeeping requirements.

Schedule & Compensation

• The work schedule is 10 hours shifts for 4 days a week. The 4 days being worked will differ weekly but you will be notified of the scheduled days weeks in advance.
• This position will pay up to $29 an hour. The amount offered will be based on experience and skills.

• Safe work behavior is the highest priority of the Maintenance Team.

Primary Duties:

• Perform work with the instruction of the Maintenance Team Leader.
• Demonstrates and communicates excellent housekeeping and organization of tools and materials.
• Perform individually to repair the machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment, including 220 and 480
• Perform in a group environment to complete assigned tasks
• Troubleshoot engines, motors, and board line/mill production equipment.

Qualification Profile:

Candidate must possess previous maintenance experience in an industrial or similar environment - be motivated and a self-starter with the desire to learn new technical skills - be able to perform individually or in a group environment to complete assigned tasks and respond to trouble calls - detailed oriented - capable of meeting the physical requirements for a Maintenance Technician.

• A degree or certificate from a credited learning institution or previous experience is a plus.
• Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment a plus
• Mechanical/electrical certifications
• Aptitude with mechanical drawings a plus
• Experience in - motors - circuits and wiring - hydraulics - conveyor systems - machine lubrication - fabrication - welding - machining - millwright
