We are seeking an energetic, responsible Co-op to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.

- Perform Time / Delay / Work Sampling studies to suggest productivity, efficiency and labor utilization improvements; Develop Operator Standard Work Instructions
- Lead and support Scrap reduction projects / reporting
- Participate / Lead in Continuous Improvement projects (Kaizens)
- Design ergonomically acceptable part presentation / material handling devices
- Support Supply Chain Projects / Material Flow Implementation
- Identify Cost Reduction Opportunities
Required Education: Candidate must be enrolled in an Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) Undergraduate Program.
2+ years of experience preferred.
GPA: 3.0 or above
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
