Support individuals in Independent Living Skills
Support community integration skills, , teach how to use public transportation system, completing the necessary tasks to maintain a home, accessing community resources
Interacts with individuals to facilitate socialization and appropriate behavior.
Go outing,movie, going to the mall,going to the park
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ham Lake, MN 55304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
