We are looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers that desire to make a real and positive impact in our clients lives in the Pensacola area. We are looking for caregivers and sitters who desire to make a positive impact on a senior in their community. Our typical caregivers are retired teachers, nurses, business professionals and homemakers.

We are looking for good peopled and have a variety of shifts to work. Do you only want to work 12 hours to 30 hours a week? Do you want a schedule that allows you to drop the kids or grandkids off at the bus and be there to pick them up at three? Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our clients will require a variety of non medical services that will allow them to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and respect that include:

- Friendly Companionship

- Assistance with Walking and transporting

- Medication Reminders

- Light Housekeeping

- Errand Running and Shopping

- Meal Planning

- Accompaniment to appointments

- Light Exercise

- Cognitive Stimulation Crosswords etc.

Position Requirements:

- Passion to help others

- Compassionate individuals

- Valid Florida drivers license and current verifiable car insurance

- Reliable transportation

- Reliability and drive to provide best in class service everyday

- Positive attitude that works well in a team centric environment

- Personal mobile phone

- Current Level 2 Background check and additional criminal checks

- Clear TB Test

- Ability to pass drug screening,

- criminal and DMV check

- Proof of employment eligibility

As a Visiting Angels of Pace and Milton employee you can expect:

- Strong communication and focus on client and caregiver safety

- We work to create a 1 caregiver 1 client relationship

- We will do our best to work within your provided schedule for cases

- Assignment of cases in your area

- Focus on providing ongoing training and development by a staff RN

On acceptance into Visiting Angels of Pace and Milton, we will provide paid orientation and training.
