In Home Caregiver Job at Placita In Home Care
Placita In Home Care is a tight knit caregiving agency that tends to the needs of the elderly in the comfort of their own home. We are looking for experienced caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills, and should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Caregivers will assist with daily activities such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. As well as assisting clients to make and keep appointments with doctors, provide transportation as needed and serve as a companion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as a caregiver (at least 6 months)
- CPR/First Aid
- Current TB screening
- AZ Driver's License required
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
