The Implementation Project Management Specialist role is responsible for managing client-facing implementation projects in the healthcare call center space. As a project management specialist, you will oversee entire projects, serving as a point of contact for all stakeholders - Envera and Client business teams including, but not limited to, Sales & Sales Engineering, Operations, Product & Engineering. Your primary goal is to ensure high quality, on-time delivery of scoped programs. Duties may include coordinating work, identifying risks and mitigation plans, and managing overall project plans and deliverables. The right candidate brings a successful track record in project coordination and / or management and can demonstrate that attention to detail and driving stakeholder accountability ensures successful program implementations. He or she should have experience working in healthcare or in technology to be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage program implementation project plans in line with program scope, stakeholder expectations, and program goals
  • Work closely with Envera Sales and Account Teams related to understand program scope, structure, and deliverables
  • Drive accountability across sales & sales engineering, account teams, operations and technology teams with assigned projects related to call center program implementation
  • Schedule meetings and other communications to ensure accountability, traction and delivery of assigned projects.
  • Develop templates and other reusable artifacts to serve as the foundation for future service offerings - understanding that successful programs consist of Envera standardized designs and client-fitted solutions.
  • Own project plan development and managing project deliverables, dates and deadlines across the cross-functional teams for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate routine communications with client and leadership teams on project status
  • Working with leadership, align customer implementations with business and financial goals to support Envera growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continue to monitor for integrity and completeness
  • Promote and display a cohesive and collaborative working environment
  • Other duties as assigned may include communicating reports, building templates and presentations, various administrative tasks and/or special projects as instructed by executive management

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project management experience in healthcare, call center, or technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar focus
  • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience
  • 1+ years in managing communications and deliverables in a Remote work environment strongly desirable
  • PMP certification, Six Sigma, Lean or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Project, Inspire Planner, or other Project Management Software preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and word required
  • Must have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with multiple personalities and roles to ensure on-time delivery
  • Must bring client-facing experience in preparing and leading project-focused presentations, meetings and other communications
  • Must have the ability to assess risk and identify key stakeholders necessary to remove barriers
  • Must be highly organized and show an ability to track, monitor and assign duties as required by project goals
  • Must possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels within the organization.
  • Must be reliable and highly accountable for the project as a whole, ensuring all team members understand the deliverables and offering reminders as needed to keep each project on track
  • Must work well in a team environment yet be able to work independently as needed
  • Must be willing and able to travel (5% - 10%) as needed
