What will you do?

The Implementation Manager will be tasked with:

• Handle client implementations through kick-off calls, working with internal and external departments to ensure critical tasks are given in an efficient manner
• Coordinate and manage assigned client projects from start to finish
• Provide front-line support to our existing clients to ensure that standards are being met and maintained after the project launch
• Handle new requests and/or modify existing plan designs
• Work with our sales department for potential upsells with our clients
• Other projects as assigned

Must-Have’s:

· Fluent (advanced) English language skills (oral and written)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations

· Account management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and within agreed scope

· 3+ years experience in health insurance industry

· Complete new release training on a timely basis
