This position is responsible for planning and coordinating with local area agencies to provide community-based services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Concentrates on evaluating unit capability to provide high-quality care to individuals designated as eligible for various community-based services.
- Initiates, negotiates and follows through with area agencies to offer those services in a manner acceptable to all parties.
- Relies on direction and supervision to accomplish tasks.
Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include:
- Requires a four-year degree in a human service field and three years of experience with the population served.
- Psychology from a four-year college or university preferred.
