The Big Task For an HVAC Service Technician

You will be Service Technician servicing and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Key Sub Tasks For HVAC Lead Installer:

• Properly diagnose and complete repairs on all HVAC Systems Efficiently and Accurately

• Properly know how to complete maintenance on all HVAC equipment.

• Maintain constant communication with Service Manager, Dispatchers, and Warehouse

• Must have experience installing single state, 2 stage packaged units, ductless systems, HWC, rooftop units, and/or boilers.

• Keep Company Truck Clean & Organized - Inside & Out

• Maintain a Clean & Professional Appearance

• Inventory Truck Stock

• Have or be willing to Obtain Proper Certifications

Requirements for HVAC Service Technician

• EPA Certification with Knowledge & Applicable Installation and Venting Codes

• Minimum of 2-3 Years of Experience, Including Hands-On-Training and/or Work is Required

• Successful Completions of Certified HVAC Installation Training Program and/or Apprenticeship

• Outgoing Personality that Blends Well with a Fast-Paced, Goal-Driven Environment

• Competitive Individual who also Loves to Win as a Team

• Highly Motivated, Self-Started who is Flexible and has a Great Attitude on Life

• Clean, Safe Driving Record
• Drug Free

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
