What You’ll Do:

• Assisting customers, in person or over the phone, with their HVAC and plumbing needs
• Advising customers on specific parts and products to ensure their project is successful
• Confirming orders are input and processed correctly, and sales transactions are completed accurately
• Retrieving parts from shelves or storage areas
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction with our service and products, and following up with customers as needed
• Staying current on industry trends and products
• Maintaining location organization and cleanliness
• Making deliveries to customer locations on an as-needed basis

To be successful, this position requires an individual with technical understanding of heating and plumbing (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required for Success:

• Be customer-service and sales-oriented, and willing to go the extra step for the customer
• Be an excellent communicator, both in person and over the phone
• Three years experience with HVAC and/or plumbing products and industry
• Be skilled in computer use and able to learn our order entry software
• Be comfortable lifting and carrying products in order to assist customers
• Previous experience in picking orders/receiving product a big plus
• Valid driver's license
