Landmark Realty, LLC is currently hiring Maintenance Technicians for several of our beautiful apartment communities located in the KC Metro and Kansas City,KS area. We are hiring Immediate*ly. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered. Maintenance Technicians* perform general property maintenance repairs and upgrades involving plumbing, electrical, painting & drywall. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with a minimum of 2 years maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred) and HVAC experience is not required for this opportunity.This position is eligible for a $500-5000k Sign-on Bonus, and you must be active in the role, and it will be paid out after 90 days of employment with the company.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Performs general mechanic repairs and replacements (appliances, plumbing and carpentry work)
• Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned
• Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs
• Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
• Knows when to escalate maintenance issues to management
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience, apartment maintenance experience preferred or relevant experience
• Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders
• Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
• Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
