HVAC Lead Installer / Technician Job at Cool Wizard Air Conditioning
Located in Palm Harbor, Florida, we are looking for individuals with at least two (2) years of experience in the HVAC field. Specifically, those individuals who are motivated and understand the excellent potential that can be achieved as an HVAC technician/installer.
This technician performs field activities associated with supporting the LEAD installation, maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential customers.
Duties include:
- Must have his or her own tools
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of install experience
- Have a clean driving record and be in good standing with a Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Present a well-groomed, clean, professional appearance
- Exceptional work ethic; punctuality and attendance
- Excellent communication skills with team members and customers
- Present a professional, friendly, informative demeanor, at all times, with customers and team members
- Willingness to contribute and work with others to accomplish quality results
- Ability to present a positive and encouraging presence to customers and team members
- Be a creative thinker; ability to “think on your toes”
- We DO NOT offer training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
