Journeyman Installer for HVAC & Hydronic systems & Radiant floor heat

Mayo Mechanical seeks an experienced, detail oriented, resourceful Journeyman Installer to support our Install crew on high-end hydronic and HVAC home installs.

Responsibilities:

• Install custom high-end residential HVAC and Hydronics systems
• Perform within our high company standards
• Create material lists for jobs
• Read and follow blueprints (preferred)
• Take direction from Lead installer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in construction, HVAC/Hydronics preferred
• Ability to interact professionally and positively
• Attention to details
• Provide necessary legal documents showing identity & authorization to work in the US.

• Clean driving record
• Pass physical screening, drug test, and background check
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to ascend and work on ladders 8+ feet high
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
