Human Resources Specialist (I/II/III/IV) - Multiple Locations Job at Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE)
SRE is looking for Human Resources Specialists to support strategic initiatives among our SRE clients. The SRE client site locations include:
- Bay St. Louis, Mississippi
- Cape Canaveral, Florida
- Cleveland, Ohio
- Edwards, California
- Greenbelt, Maryland
- Hampton, Virginia
- Huntsville, Alabama
- Houston, Texas
- Mountain View, California
- Washington, D.C.
- Wallops Island, Virginia
The Human Resources Specialist I/II/III/IV will be responsible for, but not limited to, applying expert knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. The Human Resources Specialist position requires knowledge and experience in federal human resources practices, principles, and precedents. Duties associated with this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Applying expert concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
- Utilizing the systems that support human resources services with expert skill.
- Areas of operational work include but are not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, awards and recognition, Pathways internships, learning and talent development, executive services, or general human capital operations functions.
Must be US Citizen and Clearable
Skills:
- Knowledge of expert human resources concepts, processes, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, and software applications.
- Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Skill in writing, effective communication, and use of the English language.
- Skill in organizing, attention to detail, and creating and improving processes.
- Skill in using the systems that support human resources services.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Ability to develop effective communications.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining effective organization.
- Ability to maintain a harmonious and effective working relationship with SRE employees and federal contracting industry staff.
- Ability to coordinate work with other Human Resources staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Ability to uphold high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Human Resources Specialist Level I = Professional work experience is not required. / Human Resources Specialist Level II = Four (4) years of related, professional work experience. / Human Resources Specialist Level III = Eight (8) years of related, professional work experience. / Human Resources Specialist Level IV = Twelve (12) years of related, professional work experience.
