POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR/Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a wide range of recruitment and talent-related functions under the supervision of the Human Resources Director; will be front and center in supporting the growth of a dynamic and engaging federally qualified health center.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts employment-related research and assists the talent team with sourcing, screening, and tracking qualified candidates.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ATS to include data-entry, reporting of data therein, and record keeping.
  • Refers appropriate candidates to the talent team and/or hiring manager for review.
  • Schedules interviews to include logistical set-up, send calendar invites and confirmations, and conduct post-interview follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provides support coordination for talent-related projects and events.
  • Represents and promotes CCI to potential applicants by providing information and responding to inquiries and questions.
  • Provides additional administrative and logistical support to the HR Department.
  • May lead or provide support to include the physical set-up for NEO, job fairs, community events, conferences, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma. Associate or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • SHRM or talent-related certification, a plus.
  • Knowledge of agencies, employment law; and talent acquisition metrics and analytics.
  • Minimum of one (1) year related full life cycle talent acquisition experience, required. Prior health care and/or FQHC recruiting experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill handling issues involving high levels of sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated good judgment.
  • Must be proficient with ATS; familiarity with JazzHR, a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel and in calculating/reporting Recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to persuade and influence, establish personal credibility and trust, and foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Must be well organized, attentive to detail, proactive, flexible, and able to multitask between competing priorities.
  • Must be a team player with the ability work independently, as well.
  • Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work on-site and be people-facing is an essential duty for the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ability to speak and write English fluently, as well as the abiiity to utilize telephone, computer terminals and copiers is required.
  • Prolonged periods of working at a desk and on a computer.
  • Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting (up to 40lbs.), required.
