As a condition of employment with the New York Blood Center, Inc., you are required to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID 19 or qualify for an exemption, except in states where it is prohibited by law. Accordingly, employment is conditioned on providing proof of vaccination or having an approved exemption prior to starting employment.

This position is responsible for recruitment activities associated with developing and administering talent acquisition processes to attract and recruit qualified candidates to the organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
Experience:
Three years of experience in human resources, which includes all aspects of recruiting life cycle, from sourcing through on-boarding in talent acquisition.
Experience working with job boards and portals such as: Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Careerbuilder, Linkedin, Etc
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
