Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies!
- empower our team members for success
- Develop workforce strategies: recruiting and developing qualified candidates
- Assisting General Managers in the hiring and termination process of current team members in current locations
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Assist in the overall workplace strategy and need of future locations
- Oversee our employee benefits and assist in employment benefit growth
- Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of CA labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
