Our New River Tire Recycling and Rubberlogix team is in search of a smart, positive, energetic and strong leader to join us as an HR Manager. You will be responsible for any planning regarding the human resources and development of the company’s workforce and must be able to transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures.

Shift: 8am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime)
Location: 312 East 52 Bypass, Pilot Mountain, NC
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop, administer, and train employees on policies and procedures and suggest improvements based on employee and company needs
· Assess company performance to determine employee performance and training needs
· Lead company’s EH&S initiative along with senior management
· Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies to create competitive salary structures and administer employee benefits
· Create recruitment strategy and plans to anticipate employment needs to attract the best candidates to our team in accordance with best practice HR methodologies and labor laws
· Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team
· Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers
· Oversee exit interviews for continual improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, five to ten years related experience.
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. This includes having the ability to influence management when appropriate.
- Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
- Experience in all HR concentration areas such as benefits; compensation; workforce planning and employment; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security; strategic management; employee development; and training.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
