Our company is looking for a great experienced Human Resource Manager to handle the Compensation duties on a hybrid schedule! The ideal candidate would be joining a growing team and will support with salary recommendations, evaluations, and reviews, correspond to general compensation questions, provide guidance to management on policies and practices, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data
Interpret gathered data, and provide guidance to management
Ensure work is properly documented, and evaluate new jobs
Assist in audits and reviews
Assist management and other teams to draw business goals and needs
Formulate procedural manuals for all departments, and deliver training to HR and management on compensation practices and systems
Complete projects on compensation and organization
Offer compensation compliance support as needed

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of experience as an Analyst in an established organization with a Multi-state environment
5+ years experience in Compensation experience
Leadership skills with proven experience managing a small team
Strong analytical skills
Experience in HR/Finance
Excellent skills with Excel, Direct, Sales pay, and Variables
CCP required, or willing to obtain
Proficiency in mathematics with the skill to translate complex mathematical information into understandable reports
Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
