Human Resources Manager Job at Lyneer Staffing Solutions
Our client is committed to hosting a great work environment in their company, and it is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the dream in Tracy, CA. In this role, you will be supporting the local team with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, talent development, and managing general employee relations. This is a Monday to Friday position paying between 65K - 70k.
*Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required*
Your Day:
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Support local team with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, talent development, and managing general employee relations
- Manage Kronos workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Review, analyze, and verify payroll reports and documents for accuracy
- Research and investigate payroll discrepancies and employee payroll issues and assist employees with questions
- Respond verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems and make necessary adjustments.
- Initiate payroll processing quality assurance reviews
- Foster an environment of high engagement while creating a positive culture for our employees
- Respond to unemployment verifications and requests for employment verifications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of progressive work experience in human resources operations and/or shared services
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- 1+ year of experience with HRIS systems and applications
- Proficient in both Google and Microsoft programs
- Flexible, well-organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ADP and/or Kronos a plus
Pay and Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 65K - 70k
