About the Company:
The Inn at Schofield is a small hotel with less than 200 guests rooms located on Schofield Barracks Army Base in Wahiawa. The Inn was established to provide temporary lodging for soldiers and their families during their PCS in or out.

- Bus service is limited onto Schofield Base and requires an approved base pass.
- All guests without current base access must check-in at Lyman Gate for vehicle inspection and an approved day pass.

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Supervisor: Information Coordinator
Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Policy enforcement
- Review payroll reports and time sheets
- Work closely with the accounting department and the information coordinator
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely
- Partnering with managers to determine staffing needs
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Implements new hire orientation
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Experience:
- Two years of civilian HR experience
- ADP experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
