As the Human Resources Generalist, you will provide HR and training support to associates at our Hereford facilities. As the primary function of this position, you will be highly involved with unemployment claims, employee engagement and work closely with the HR Manager to determine priorities and approach. Your experience will be necessary for performance management, policy interpretation and other HR admin processes to include unemployment claims and employee feedback and engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support various learning projects and initiatives to deliver business results as a learning organization.
• Support and partner with project teams for the development, documentation and data management of work instructions.
• Improve, update, and maintain record keeping systems that provides relevant information concerning training content, activities, attendance, and evaluation for both classroom and (OJT) learning engagement.
• Provide counsel and support to associates and leaders to maintain a productive and positive work environment, reaching fair and consistent resolutions in line with guidelines and employment law.
• Assist in managing the salary payroll system.
• Be fully involved and actively participate in all Nestle Programs and Initiatives. These include but are not limited to NCE, Training and Development, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years in a human resources role in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment.
