Human Resources Generalist – Telford, PA
Fres-co System USA, Inc., a Goglio Group Company, is a privately held Company founded in 1978. With a mission to be the recognized leader in flexible packaging systems, Fres-co supplies not only packaging material and plastic components, but also packaging equipment and service. The Company operates two manufacturing facilities in Telford, Pennsylvania (Corporate Office) and Red Oak, Iowa.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resource Generalist for our Telford, PA facility who will perform the full cycle recruiting functions of the Human Resources department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with departmental managers to identify position needs and to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Creates job descriptions and job postings
· Posts jobs on various job boards and websites
· Screens resumes and applications
· Performs initial phone calls with candidates
· Schedules interviews for salary and hourly candidates
· Creates and send offer letters
· Conducts and acquires background checks and employee verifications
· Schedules and implements new hire orientation
· Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
· Works closely with plant leadership team and the Corporate Director of People and Culture in the identification, investigation, and resolution of employee relations issues.
Administers and communicates corporate policies including fair and equitable disciplinary practices.
Tracks, reports, analyzes turnover data and develops and implements retention plans.
· Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
· Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
· All human resources tasks are performed in coordination with the People and Culture Director to align with corporate policies and procedures.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required.
· At least five years of human resource experience preferred.
· Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred.
· SHRM-CP a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Pay: $61,568.00 - $65,654.00 per year
