HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATORKing Philip Regional School District seeks a Human Resources Generalist to perform administrative work of a confidential nature to support all functions of the Human Resources, Payroll and Finance Departments. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining personnel records, compiling data for state and local reports, payroll processing and audits, onboarding and offboarding employees, preparing recruitment and new hire materials, benefit administration and other tasks as needed.Applicants should have three to five years of professional experience working in a school or government environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient with Google/Excel/Word. Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills. Full-time schedule with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
