Human Resources Coordinator Job at Clover Food Lab

Clover Food Lab Boston, MA 02110

Clover Food Lab is a fast casual restaurant group with one audacious goal – to make vegetables so irresistible that millions are inspired to reduce their meat consumption, resulting in a reversal of global warming. We currently operate 15 restaurants in the Boston area, a Commissary Kitchen in Cambridge, a local Meal-Box delivery program, and we have an aggressive plan to keep growing!
We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Director of HR to help carry our mission forward. You’ll be responsible for supporting the HR functions including administration, employee relations, policy and procedure development, and will be a key contributor in Clover’s recruiting and onboarding.
By taking this role, you will work with incredible people, learn a ton about food and HR, and build skills that will serve you in both work and life. Oh! And with the staff discount, you’ll be swimming in hummus.
This is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Director of HR.
Interested in MA candidates only who can commute to the Boston/Cambridge area. This will be a hybrid role and this person will need access to resources for remote work (a quiet environment and reliable internet access).
