Human Resources Assistant Job at Retreat Behavioral Health
POSITION SUMMARY
An organized and internally motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, projects and assignments. Assists the corporate Human Resources Director on various projects and development of specific employee programs, relationships and acts as a liaison between Senior Management and other staff members. Assists with training, payroll input, as well as the new hire process and orientation. The ability to demonstrate leadership in an engaging and professional manner. Supports the efficient and effective hiring of all Retreat employees. Enters job requisitions and job advertisements. Informs hiring supervisors when requisitions have posted and maintains, updates, and closes all job requisitions when filled
Position PT 16 hours a week flexible
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Human Resources functions and understands the vision of Retreat. Demonstrates the ability to work in a supportive, caring and non-judgmental environment with staff. The ability to confer with other professional members of the business team in order to develop, coordinate and integrate recruiting plans. The ability to function calmly in crisis situations. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff members. The ability to confer with other professional members of the business team in order to develop, coordinate and integrate Human Resource plans. Has a general knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Bachelors preferred -High school diploma . Two or more years of administrative experience, Human Resources and recruiting preferably in a healthcare sett
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
