Human Resources and Executive Assistant Job at Lake Shore Savings Bank
The Human Resources/Executive Assistant position will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This individual will provide administrative support to the Human Resources and the Executive teams, while keeping abreast of the regulatory aspects of human resources. This individual will coordinate the maintenance of payroll records, attendance, benefit records, employee files and participate in new hire employee on-boarding. Will have employee/management interaction, conduct interviews and participate in benefit orientation for staff, as well as ensuring data archiving through the HRIS system. Must be a well organized, self sufficient individual who easily adapts to change, well spoken and able to actively participate in group and team meetings with a high level of confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to conduct productive interviews with job applicants and to interact with fellow staff members and Senior Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Ability to adapt to and participate in a fast paced team oriented environment.
- Proven prior job experience in related field, and / or educational related areas.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Strong computer and writing skills to include all Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word documents.
