Human Resource Manager Job at BRP
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will report to the Director of Human Resources, Marine Group, and who’ll be tasked with partnering with the HR team and business to enable the rapid growth of our business through creating a great Employee Experience.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Partner with Management team and global HR function to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, process, and culture.
Collaborate with the Site Leadership team to further nurture and develop a world-class Employee Relations environment and Employee Experience.
Develop short and long-term HR strategies and solutions designed to increase operational performance and efficiency.
Provide advice and counsel to internal customers on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline and 7 years+ related experience
Managerial courage and business ethics
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
Energy and resilience
Preferred:
Front-line HR leadership experience in Manufacturing sector
Understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
Leadership coaching/mentorship certification(s)
