HR Representative Job at Onvoy, Division of Badger Plug Company
Principle Responsibilities:
1.) Review and maintain the payroll processing system. This includes the responsibility to monitor and review the time data collection reports.
2.) Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS system.
3.) Recruit, interview, and select candidates for positions at the Company. This includes administrative functions to complete the hiring process.
4.) Investigate, develop, administer, and monitor programs to recruit, select, orient, and retain employees.
5.) Administer and maintain the Human Resource records and information system. This includes creating management reports and monitoring access to employee records.
6.) Coordinate, monitor, and process Family/Medical Leave and Unemployment Insurance paperwork.
7,) Administer benefit programs such as 401(k)/retirement, health, dental, disability, FSA, life insurance, etc.
8.) Monitor human resource related legal changes and assist in the development and maintenance of personnel and administrative programs required to meet government regulations and efficient business practices.
9.) Assist in the maintenance of compensation systems including position descriptions, wage surveys, and performance pay program.
10.) Assist in the development, coordination, and presentation of various training programs.
11.) Promote a positive work environment through the development of effective employee communications and assisting with employee relations issues.
12.) Provide back-up coverage for the Health & Safety Coordinator position and Time and Attendance tasks.
13.) Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resource & Safety Manager.
14. Other duties as assigned.
