Full Job Description

The Naples Grande Beach Resort is looking for a self-confident, independent, and engaging individual to work in a fast-paced recruitment, and results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous management and external recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for nonexempt high-volume positions as well as exempt roles.
  • Experience with scheduling, interviewing, and pre-employment assessment tools as well as a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven abilities to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong persuasive, influencing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Independent, proactive, and ability to take initiative.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for delivering best in class levels of service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the interviewing and placement of team members throughout all levels of the organization while creatively sourcing and placing talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure hiring needs are met while assisting in reducing turnover and improving retention.
  • Conduct interviews and review applicant submissions daily.
  • Organize, execute, and attend hiring events such as job fairs locally and virtually.
  • Be active in all social media platforms especially LinkedIn and local community events.
  • Responsible for the creation of all hiring marketing materials such as fliers and social media content.
  • Driver of International Workers Programs such as Seasonal Connect, that assist in the hiring of H2B and J1 visa programs.
  • Proactively establish relationships with potential future candidates with ongoing networking.
  • Responsibilities not limited to the ones described above only.

  • Ability to work in a faster-than-average pace environment
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Bilingual and fluent in Creole and/or Spanish, preferred
